you haven't sent my machine yet, i'm waiting, or i want my money back. I call and no one answers. I want to receive it soon, because I advertise my product and so far nothing. Because I have a lot of patience, but now I'm losing my patience. I bought it in January and I still haven't received it.

Lack of communication via telephone

Lack of communication via telephone and emails were days apart product is damaged and it’s very disgusting that you would even sell something like that to an individual. If I would’ve known an open box I meant damaged item I would’ve never bought it. The first time around a year ago the product was great this is why I purchased again but I was unfortunately on a budget this is why I did it open boxes I bought many computers like that, I am very upset and appalled with the customer service and the product I would never recommend your company again especially because you can’t even make it right, with a customer! Don’t need to add videos or photos you’ve received all of them in our correspondence of damaged items! Chrystal Star 310-405-1256

Old equipment

Salonpro sends out old equipment with scratches everywhere! I have 6 dryers from 30 years ago Belvedere dryers they still work and I don’t have one scratch. Salonpro wasn’t willing to stand by their old funky dryers what a horrible experience
