I sent a video and several messages weeks ago and the only response I got was they would review the video… it’s now been another week with no answer on how to fix my orbit!

When I received the machine I bought I had problems with, I contacted customer service and their service was terrible They ignored my messages,so i contac my bank so they could help me, It was the only way I could get a response from Salon Pro, when they sell you products they are very kind but when you have a bad product it is impossible for them to help you they want to make money without making losses and leave you with their defective product.

Very disappointed!

I bought a halo processing light less than two years ago with extended warranty. It suddenly stopped working and after reaching out to customer service department they told me I have to send it back in original packaging and I have to pay for shipping to get it fixed. Since I did not kept the original box I had to pay $45 so they sent me one and another $40 something dollar for return label. I also decided to order a new one since I use this every day. The website indicated that they have it in stock and will ship in 24 hours. I received the new one 3 weeks later after so many frustrating phone calls and back and forth emails to customer service. It’s been more than two months and I have not received my original light repaired yet and there is no news on it either. Very poor customer service!
