Have tried for 6-7 weeks to get a box & call tag for brand new color processor that doesn’t work & email after email with no follow thru!

It’s been 2months and wrong arm to processor has not delivered

We’re not recommend this company to any beauty professional

HORRIBLE

I sent a video and several messages weeks ago and the only response I got was they would review the video… it’s now been another week with no answer on how to fix my orbit!
