Horrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase this equipment. Customer service is not good. Either very hard to work with. Overall they weren’t willing to give me an exchange for equipment that I cannot use at my salon.

I had to pay return postage of $100 for something that should have been covered under warranty,definitely wouldn’t do business with you again

Terrible company. They say 100% satisfaction guarantee but once you open the box that goes out the window and they won't give you your money back. How do you know if you like something without trying it first?. What a scam!!
