This was a complete waste of money. It broke and stopped heating up after three months and now trying to get it repaired or replaced they are trying to make me pay to send it back to them which is over another 100$ in shipping. Absolutely waste

We had a terrible experience with our machine. A guest was under the processor for 3 mins, her hair started smoking and developed blisters 48 hours later. I have asked for a refund and have not heard back from the concerns department.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After 3 times returning the wrong color and almost waiting 2 months I finally asked for a refund.

Have tried for 6-7 weeks to get a box & call tag for brand new color processor that doesn’t work & email after email with no follow thru!
