I do not like working or ordering through A1. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences ever.

Terrible customer service. They do not answer the phone when I have called. I received machines that were dented. They did not seem to care. They said that it was something that could happen with shipping and I need to live with it. Most of what I received was packaged well, and it was obvious the dents occurred before the shipment went out. I had various other issues with the machines I received. Some emails they just never responded to. I hope that I can find another company that provides a similar orbital heating device.

Horrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase this equipment. Customer service is not good. Either very hard to work with. Overall they weren’t willing to give me an exchange for equipment that I cannot use at my salon.
