Defective product and terrible customer service

I had to play $200 in shipping to get the defective product sent back to the get replaced. Customer service refused to send me a shipping label with their corporate discounted rate ($50), even though I still had the original box. Btw our roller ball failed after 3 months of use.

Terrible customer service. They do not answer the phone when I have called. I received machines that were dented. They did not seem to care. They said that it was something that could happen with shipping and I need to live with it. Most of what I received was packaged well, and it was obvious the dents occurred before the shipment went out. I had various other issues with the machines I received. Some emails they just never responded to. I hope that I can find another company that provides a similar orbital heating device.
