Terrible product. Broke within one

Terrible product. Broke within one use. Customer service wouldn’t help. I was unable to get a refund and would have to pay shipping TO and FROM their facilities for them to “look at it”.

We will never use this company again!

I have never worked with a company who has not cared about their customers as much as this company. We ordered three processors and all the same model. One was the other model with a broken switch, one had a broken halo and the third was fine and we kept that one. We reached out to them about the two that were wrong and the response we got was "is the older model working for you? If so, it's the same thing." Ummm NOPE! We purchased the other model for a reason and wanted what we ordered and should settle for getting something we didn't order. The one that was broken, they asked "well, is it still working?" Wow.... Once we got the new halo, broken... and once we turned it on... it sparked and blew our wall plug in. We are still waiting for this resolution to be solved and for us to get two out of three processors here and working. It's been well over two months now trying to get things figured out. Horrible customer service and horrible experience.

Defective product and terrible customer service

I had to play $200 in shipping to get the defective product sent back to the get replaced. Customer service refused to send me a shipping label with their corporate discounted rate ($50), even though I still had the original box. Btw our roller ball failed after 3 months of use.

I do not like working or ordering through A1. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences ever.
