took quite a bit of time to receive replacement part that was under warranty hard to reach service and talk to someone had to buy another product so as to keep business offered no help or discount unhappy with service

Made a mistake a shipped wrong one then had postal service take it back and sent correct one and send me a used missing parts one . I shipped it back and no one will refund me for an item that I do not have ! $675!
