took quite a bit of time to receive replacement part that was under warranty hard to reach service and talk to someone had to buy another product so as to keep business offered no help or discount unhappy with service

The processor/dryer itself was awesome while it worked, but 1 year after purchasing unit (along with a 3 year extended warranty) I am going to be without a functioning processor for 4+ months while waiting on a replacement unit. And that is if the new unit actually comes in when they say this time.

The worst absolute worst product I’ve ever purchased and still had to pay $150 just to return it. There is a reason they make it where you can’t get in touch with anybody. Do not purchase this walk away now.
