The Halo was returned after 6 weeks. Too long.

Poor customer service, cheap looking products with no instructions. Website is a train wreck. Will never shop here again! And will encourage other stylists not to.

When I received your product, the light bulb to the sanitizer has never worked!

Purchased 4 dryers. Had to return each one because one at a time they stopped working within a couple of weeks from the date of arriving. Now it's the holiday season and we still don't have the last two back or replaced. Never would have imagined something like this happening from a Pro company. Still waiting.

They say OPEN BOX instead of USED ITEM. I don’t like to feel tricked into an important purchase. My item definitely looks used now let’s see how it works.
