I sent in an older heater to be repaired but haven’t heard back? Is it being repaired? Coming back? The new heater I purchased is great and I need to add warranty.

The quality of the halo

The quality of the halo is lacking. When i took it out of the box it had dents in different places. That was disappointing. Its not sturdy… i feel like i have to be do careful moving it around.
