I message them my concerns but they don’t seem concerned

I guess i bought the wrong oscillating machine. It doesn't stay in 1 area... Dissapointed.

Customer care was very responsive when asking a question just didn't always like the answer I was given.

I sent in an older heater to be repaired but haven’t heard back? Is it being repaired? Coming back? The new heater I purchased is great and I need to add warranty.
