It’s fine!

The package came looking like it was a return. No directions were in the box, and once we figured out how to install it via YouTube. The main thing wouldn’t snap on far enough to add the stew for extra security. It’s an expensive item, so I expected better.

I bought my white infrared processor on sale, so I was happy about the price. The functionality is good but the 3 stars is because it came with wierd stains on the white plastic, like a brownish yellow stain that won’t come off. The paint on the base is peeling off. Asthetically, it’s a little disappointing for me. I wonder if I got a returned stock item. But it does the job & is a great conversation starter, because many guests have never seen something as modern as this.

I received the item quickly, However my new Salon space was not ready for quite awhile. I was very disappointed that there were no screws in the box when I went to assemble it. It was difficult to get the agent to understand that there were no screws at all. Finally we got it figured out but it is taking way to long to get the screws, It will be 12 days if they arrived as scheduled.

Took them a while for them to get back to me. They didn’t wanna give me a refund. They wanted me to give me a new product. I didn’t want it. They finally refunded my money. They didn’t wanna send me a refund label. They wanted me to pay for it they finally ended up sending to me so all is well and ends well I guess.
