I’ve had no issues with previous products but when I did have an issue the support is non responsive

The one they sent DOES NOT have ANY current. Will be sending it back. I can not testify to it working. We have tried EVERYTHING. to get the current started. Too much to pay for a worthless piece of garbage!!!!

My device worked great for 1 week. However it stopped working. I contacted support and have not been contacted by support yet. Waiting to either return or exchange but cant get a hold of anyone.
