I emailed about how the washer for the screw did not fit so I cannot use the brace for my father and no one has responded to me. It is a total waste of money and I am unable to use the product or the shoes I bought for my father. I am beyond disappointed.

I am very disappointed that the new (improved) saebo brace for foot drop did not work, the back magnetic strap came off five times, causing me to fall twice. I had the original brace for years and it needs to be replaced. Please let me know where I can find the original,it's the best.
