Ordered the Saebo brace for foot drop one day and it was delivered the next. I thought it would be 7 days before receiving. That’s incredible! However, the person that’s going to use it had arthroscopic knee surgery a couple of days later, so it will be a bit before he can try it out and see if it really works. I’m counting that it will since we only have 30 days to return if he doesn’t like it. All reviews have been phenomenal, so I’m really excited for him to try it.

While there was a problem with shipping it. was taken care of very very quickly. They said it was their mistake and they not only took care of it at once but refunded the shipping cost.

It was everything as promised.

Unit arrived in good shape and the people we talked to were friendly and very helpful. Shipping was delayed due to UPS transferring final delivery to USPS, but otherwise unit arrived in a timely manor.
