I requested a refund on Feb 15 but never heard back.

-I ordered 3 of these- one for myself and the other 2 to gift for the holiday to my coworkers. However when it came, there was residue on the plastic shrink-wrap packaging that transferred to all 3 products so I can't even gift them. -I had used this product before about 2 years back and I'm not sure if they changed this formula it seems to be a lot less viscous and concentrated than what it had been originally. Product just seems so watered down even when I apply 3 layers it doesn't do much. I just remember this product had been very rich and amazing when I had purchased it previously. Will not repurchase this product anymore.

After about a week of using the products from this line, I started to notice an increase in the amount of pimples I have. The cleanser does not give me an issue but the rest of the products I ordered made me breakout really badly.

Does it’s job but leaves a bunch of oil on my skin

Purchased two Cica Care products based off of the ingredients listed on the website. When I received these products I then noticed they contained harsh fragrants such as Lavender Oil, Geraniol and Citronellol. None of which were disclosed on the website. Contacted customer service and they responded very quickly which I am pleased about. They stated the formula had changed on one of the items but the other item still contained the frangrance. They the stated the website never updated the ingredient list. That is unacceptable from a customer perspective. That is my experience.
