very worst service, i have requested return label more than a week ago still no response from your team.

The sunscreen is not calming nor gentle. Upon application, it burned my skin and after applying to my face, my face was left very irritated and bright red. I took a photo and sent it to customer service along with an email explaining my reaction and they completely ignored me. It's now been well over a week and no one has even bothered to email me back.

I was really excited about these products, but unfortunately I’m unable to use them as they broke me out all over- almost like a rash. I was excited to see how much they did to repair my skin barrier, but I had to discontinue using them.

Waiting for return label. I was very happy looking forward to use these products for a long time sadly it was bad on my skin.

I never got my lotus cream. I emailed you guys and asked why i never got it and i never even got a response back. I spent like $40 with shipping and everything and I’m sad my money seems to be gone forever. I was excited to try out the cream.
