Very confusing, no direct instructions. Pushy on sales, makes me question the validity of the product.

I truly love the oil. I am on my 2nd large bottle and I have the rose quartz roller as well. I am giving a 3 because I got the pump with the second bottle and it has caused a massive amount of waste of the oil. Sometimes nothing comes out when I pump, sometimes there is a delay and anytime I pick up the bottle there is a pool of oil around the bottom and all over the table where I keep it. It seems that the pump leaks or releases a drip of oil periodically. I love the roller but wish it were refillable.

I like the concept of the roller. But, it is SO difficult to get the roller to actually move when I use this on my face. The amount of force I have to use is not ideal for mature/delicate skin, and a definite no-no for any under eye use. Shame, as that's why I got the roller in the first place.
