The top of the lash and brow broke which makes opening it difficult.

The roll-on is a great idea, but doesn’t seem to work very well, not much comes out if any.

Undecided. I really like the Castor Oil product, but the dry brush is junk. Really disappointed you would even try to sell this to your customers!

I was disappointed with my brush. I hate to return items. There is an area where the bristles fell out.

I opened the bottle, and put the pump on, and all this oil spilled out. This was my first impression. Bummer. There should be instructions. I was looking forward to not having to pour the oil into my hand. I had to clean up the mess. Also, I didn't think I had to wash the wrap before using it, so I haven't had a chance to use it yet because I've been too busy to hand wash it before use.
