Not pleased with the quality of products. The food is good, but the towels are not absorbent and the bags are rough and not made well.

YOUR SITE DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO ADD TO MY CART. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Increase in minimum price for shipping, Boxes aesthetically look worse, product reviews on site are curated against negative reviews. I feel overall like the company is operating dishonestly, don’t feel like I can trust the products blindly anymore.

The conditioner isn't very conditioning plus the pump didn't work and I'm still waiting for the replacement. The dish detergent sachet is don't clean as well as Cascade that I buy in the grocery store. And despite all the claims the prices are not particularly low. Overall disappointed

The site used to be about normal goods for cheap prices (or at least "nice goods for medium prices"). Now its just overpriced goods of mediocre quality, and it doesnt faire well against an other grocery delivery service.
