Product does not smell good. I tried to use the items several times due to the price but I was unable to stand the smell. The smell is terrible and waste in money

there is no limit on quantity per order so when something popular like coffee becomes available, it'll sell out in minutes.

I love the idea of what you guys are trying to do, but the model is a bit wonky given your espoused goals. First of all, a monthly subscription really undermines the cost savings value prop. Even if your products are a lot cheaper, with a constant monthly fee that charges me even when I have no need to buy shit, it's not hard to buy in bulk from other retailers and beat your costs + monthly fee. Second, when trying to push this whole "we are better for the planet" claim (which resonates strongly with me) drop shipping, especially frequently as the monthly subscription model would encourage, is terrible for the planet. If I am gonna use your service I want one big as shipment every quarter or 6 months, that is shipped by the slowest means possible, in the most consolidated recycled material possible, and then let's pick back up the relationship a while later. Also my experience with your 30 day trial was confusing af. Like, I signed up, but sisn't want to pay a monthly fee, just wanted to order some stuff, check it out, see if I was into it, but I couldn't find a way to cancel the subscription. I sent a request email to cancel and it appears you literally deleted my account because now I can't log in at all... which makes it a lot harder for me to come back if I do actually like the products. Feels like a pretty giant cluster over there y'all.
