Public Goods

This is our second order. We love public goods. Me and my husband love natural ingredients and the scents are so smooth and perfect, i only did not give 5stars because we are not happy with the packaging.

I like your products and prices for the most part (though your floss is disappointing). I wish you used more sustainable packaging.

I love the idea of Public Goods and the prices are very reasonable. I love all the products I've tried and I really like the minimalistic look of everything. My only complaint (and the reason I'm only giving 3 stars) is that in both of the orders I've made I had products leak. The first time it wasn't a lot and so I didn't think it was that big of deal. The second order I made however had about 10 oz of body wash leak all over everything. I had to wash all the products that were in the package and I lost almost one entire refill of body wash.

Overall I am happy with the products, model, vision and social stance of the company. However the cost of shipping products to Canada is excessive and will prohibit me from continuing to be a customer.

I sometimes find it hard to justify the prices on some of their household items but I am a fan of their soups! Hoping to see more food items once they launch more products as a result of the Indiegogo campaign.
