Product damaged. Customer service was good waiting for my new product

The taste is potent so I have a hard time taking this daily

Unfortunately, I have never diligently used for 28 straight days. I may skip a day here and there. Having said that, I can't really say that I have seen any difference in my skin.

I really like the product, however my concern is that in all of my studies over the past 11 years in the Cosmetic industry I have learned, read, and researched that Vitamin C should not be distributed in weather higher than 80 degrees. With that being said, shouldn't the YANA be shipped on dry ice, or in a different way than its currently being shipped especially through the Spring & Summer months? I also have concern about it saying it is Gluten free, but has wheat list as an ingredient. Is this product Third Party tested, and where can I find the Clinical research/studies.
