It seems like the company

It seems like the company is going through a lot of changes with their formulas personally as a professional. I am not happy with the new formulas if a product is not broken why mess with it?

I've been ordering from Image

I've been ordering from Image since 2012 and have never seen products packed in a soft envelope. Half of my order I now need to return and do the extra work to wait for packing slip from Fedex, call Fedex to have damaged products picked up, while I still wait for my replacement package to arrive. Less than happy with this past order.

Not good they have been

Not good they have been sending my products twice to the wrong address and it’s cause a lot of delays they can’t figure out why it’s automatically changed when they print labels. And it was supposed to be expedited and it wasn’t. Sadly the girl promised it was and it took almost an another week to get it. Over all 6 weeks from the date ordered. I love image salon care is the only reason I’ll try to give it another chance for the 3rd time.
