Your Triphasic Reactional Concentrated Serum is a HUGE disappointment! The packaging is awful. After breaking the top off to apply. The applicator tip does not fit on easily or correctly. Either wasting serum pouring out the sides. Or not coming out at all. But the worst is the large amount of dandruff after application and blow drying. I have never before in my life had dandruff. And I fear it may be the serum flaking off. $80 waste of money!

My order was only partially fulfilled as the conditioner was out of stock. This is something that should have been indicated at the time of ordering as I would not have placed the order. The shampoo was delivered, but they seem to have changed the scent (for the worse) which was the main thing I liked about it. To make matters worse, for some reason the charge went through on my credit card as Avene.com, which I initially thought was fraud. Now I have to deal with getting a new credit card.

My product was missing in the box, and my request to ship the product is still unanswered after 5 business days.

Never received the product and filed a dispute on the bank charges. Tried calling the number on the bank charge but didn’t get thro. I’d really like someone to reach out and help me receive what I bought

I have been using your Gel Defrisant straightening gel since early 2000s and have LOVED the product. As a person with naturally curly hair, I loved the lightness of the product and it's ability to eliminate frizz and relax the hair without making it stick straight. Unable to find the product on your website, I ordered what I thought was the newly branded Gel Defrisant thinking it would be similar. It felt like I was putting super glue in my hands and hair. I hope this is not a replacement for the green bottle that used to be labeled straightening gel but I think it likely is. The new container is blue and is called blowout balm. It should be relabeled as super glue:( I am now in search of a new product and brand unless you can help me find the straightening gel that I've used for years and loved. I normally am able to embrace change when it's for the best. This is not better by any stretch of the imagination.
