I'm so disappointed that you discontinued your Mousse Vegetal. It was your best product and best in class on the market. I'm also unimpressed with the way you handle your subscriptions when the product is out of stock. Instead of letting me know when it's back in stock, you cancel my subscription and make me check back all the time to find out if it's back in stock. That is not customer service.

One item is missing from my order, I put out a request and I still don't hear from them😣

The STYLE paste I recently purchased is very hard and very difficult to apply. Maybe it is old, or got frozen in transit. I am very dissastified with the product. I contacted Customer service several times and was promised a refund by one of your representatives. I have not received any refund or email confirmation. This is annoying, and frustrating. Terrible communication and slow shipping. Took two weeks to ship after numerous phone calls and emails. Still missing part of order that does not show out of stock.
