Such a bad purchase experience!

Such a bad purchase experience! The original package was in my town when I tacked but somehow got shipped back. When I asked customer service to ship again, they kept waiting. It took a month and still not received yet. Can anything be done to improve shipping and customer service?

Sent products with tops not working

I ordered a holding spray and the top would not spray. I also ordered a bell and the lid was broken and it had spilled out. I really like the products. Poor quality control with this order

Poor Customer Service and Shipping

I placed an order for Rene Furterer products on March 11, 2023. I then received confirmation the order was processed and on its way. When I tracked the package, UPS stated "the package was on its way back to sender." I was unsuccessful in contacting someone at Rene Furterer to fix this situation. I tried contacting them through my credit card company. I still have not received my order and the company will not grant a credit for the order not received.
