Pump is not working even though shampoo is good.

Your products for thinning hair are wonderful. I ordered the detangler/conditioner as I have thyroid disease that make a my hair go into knots when I wash it. It detangles and makes my hair look shiny and healthy.

So far, so good. I particularly like the moisture-rich masque which leaves my very dry hair silky soft.

No noticeable difference at this point. Starting on the second container of the shampoo and the conditioner.

I can’t give feedback for the effectiveness of the product yet as it’s been less than a month and for this short period of time the result is not guaranteed. Ask me in 3 months, I’ll tell if it’s working or not. Took longer to deliver than I hoped but package came intact, products sealed properly. Pros: smells nice, easy to apply, not messy. Cons: I purchased a kit containing oil, shampoo/conditioner and serum for hair loss, though serum is to be used for 3 months, for some reason, shampoo/conditioner is a travel size, less than a month and I have shampoo left for 2 times, conditioner should be enough as I use it only on the medium and end parts. The serum came with a tip to apply on the scalp but I don’t like it at all, it’s flimsy, keeps coming off and as a result, it spills in one area, very frustrating! I’m reusing a bottle with the tip from another company as a result. I’d change the tip for a more sturdy material/ better grip, and increase shampoo size for a full one. My first time to use RF products, can’t tell if it works for me but I plan to use it all. Hope it’ll help with my hair shedding.
