I am so upset that you have discontinued the Gel Defrisant and Volumea. My husband and I have used these products for years and I have recommended them to so many friends. Very sad! Please reconsider!!

I have been using Rene Furterer for 7-8 years. This last purchase was disappointing. The product does not feel the same. I received a return label on 2/7 and mailed it 2/8. It was received on 2/12 by Jonathon. I still have not received my refund and they seem to have a problem finding it.

Prices are very high, they change offers too quickly and the “gifts” are not of comparable value. I bought a few products with discounts and a small gift was included, the very next day there was still a discount but the gift was so much better. Of course they did not honor it when I asked. The overall experience is like buying from a cheap online store but with high prices.
