Waiting for information to get refund

My dog does not love these shoes and spits them all over the floor. Website states that they love the bacon flavor. I have to wrap them in Velveeta cheese in order to get him to eat one!!! Will not be ordering again

shipment was delayed and the tracking info showed no transit progress. I wasn’t a happy customer with this order

I’ve been patient, and would have loved an email acknowledging that my issue is being looked into.
