Customer service not happening regarding purchase…very disappointed.

Tried to reach out about returning the product but have gotten no response.

It’s expensive and did not help my dog

My dog died, I called to cancel after and your rep DIDNT…I received another one and it’s been a week since I requested a refund and still haven’t received it….I want my refund asap

All is ok- just treats are not for my dog
