Worst experience. Took 2 weeks for customer service to update me on my order and told me it got lost and another shipment was being sent. 4 days later the second order still hasn’t shipped and nobody on the instagram account acknowledged me for help either. Never buying here again.

Poor product! 6 out of the 7 packages arrived with the product as a gum-like consistency and would not mix with water. Product needed to be thrown away.

Never received product. It's still at distribution center and it's been 15 days.

I never received my order, and I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve ordered from this company multiple times before without issues, but this time, my order never arrived. Despite reaching out to customer support several times, I was repeatedly given excuses about the delay. Eventually, they claimed the order had left their facility and refused to offer a refund or any compensation. I used to love Onest Health, and I genuinely didn’t want to leave a 1-star review, but the lack of support after spending a significant amount of money is unacceptable. What a great way to start 2025, losing money for absolutely nothing…
