ONEST US

I have used this product in the past, it is very good. However, shipping is not. Ordered on Dec 15. It is Dec 31 and my package is still not here. Cistomaer service is rude and requires too much back and forth to get help. I did finally get a “credit” for the product cost only. but no refund to payment of the product, tax or the high. OST of their shipping. Sadly, I will not order from here again. There are too many other options.

I emailed about terrible flavor. They didn't care.

No delivered, quite disappointed

24 days later still dont have my order. I cannot track the delivery and no good update from support team :-(

I ordered on 06 June. I still have not received my product and it is 20 June. Very disappointed.
