Hello ONEST Health Team, I am contacting you regarding our shipment to Mexico, which is currently held at customs. We have received an official notice from customs stating that the package cannot be released without a COFEPRIS sanitary permit. Could you please let us know how you usually handle shipments to Mexico and whether this permit is normally provided on your end? If there is no alternative solution, I may need to request a refund. Worst experience. Took 2 weeks

Worst experience. Took 2 weeks for customer service to update me on my order and told me it got lost and another shipment was being sent. 4 days later the second order still hasn’t shipped and nobody on the instagram account acknowledged me for help either. Never buying here again.

Poor product! 6 out of

Poor product! 6 out of the 7 packages arrived with the product as a gum-like consistency and would not mix with water. Product needed to be thrown away.
