I reached out to let them know i didn't like the product, they said there wqs nothing they could do, i think they could've offered a credit. The shipping was too long for me.

Shipping is very bad extremely bad because the status is delivered, but nobody knows where my package is and nobody answers my mails or messages via Instagram

I was not informed before purchasing that custom fees will apply. 45$ is almost the entire value of the purchase. I sent an email to notify them of my disappointment and they never replied

Hello ONEST Health Team, I am contacting you regarding our shipment to Mexico, which is currently held at customs. We have received an official notice from customs stating that the package cannot be released without a COFEPRIS sanitary permit. Could you please let us know how you usually handle shipments to Mexico and whether this permit is normally provided on your end? If there is no alternative solution, I may need to request a refund.
