I am contacting you regarding our shipment to Mexico, which is currently held at customs. We have received an official notice from customs stating that the package cannot be released without a COFEPRIS sanitary permit. Could you please let us know how you usually handle shipments to Mexico and whether this permit is normally provided on your end? If there is no alternative solution, I may need to request a refund.
