Im still waiting for my omnicords tthat were supposed to arrive mid march... i was really disappointed with the trimmer blade i ordered thinking it was a whole complete blade and not just a running blade. I also had to reach out to you guys to ship it because you were going to wait to ship it with my whole order that still i have not even recieved yett. Any word on when i will revieve my omnicords? I am very excited for them and they were kind expensive

I made a order march second. I call i email no answer still getting those dumb ass promotional emails but you wont answer my email. Product or my money back. I keep saying i ain't ordering nomore from you but the nice. But for what i go through with your company almost every time i order. Imma go back to a cluttered station.

Only used once and the blade broke on me. Very disappointed because I just bought them

I placed an order and heard nothing for two weeks. Then when I sent them a message the responded the items I ordered haven’t been produced yet and that my order was a pretty order. I did not order what they thought I ordered and I got no explanation. I use to support this company and have purchased numerous of their products. I am done with them and will be looking for a new company producing similar products. There customer service is worst I have encountered.

Blades didn’t work with my T-Clipper as advertised.
