Clippers not working on arrival
The day I received my clippers in the mail, I tried them and they didn’t work. I email to see how to rectify the situation. I was told I would receive a return label and a new pair would be shipped out. Days passed no return label, I contact the company again and was then told I would have to return the clippers and have them tested and was given the address to return the clippers to. I then questioned that I would have to pay to return clippers that didn’t work when I received them, wait for them to be tested then wait again for clippers to come back to me. I was later told again I would have to wait but would be sent a return label. Days later I still have not received the return label and still no working clippers. I was really happy to make this order and now have to deal with this.
