Very poor I order item paid it was never shipped I called and the customer service lady was very nice but my item never shipped I never got confirmation I had to call just to find out it was never processed this is my first experience and probably my last I was supposed to cut my sons hair this weekend and the clippers never showed up

My pair of clippers were a default. They would not turn off, plus after one use the got very hot to the touch. I returned them and haven’t heard from anyone since!

I find it humorous that you would even ask for a review and you can’t even respond to my other emails regarding my products I ordered from you’ll. In no way shape or form will I EVER ORDER or refer your company to anyone again Regardless of COVID-19 or not your communication skills are the pits when it comes to getting back to someone regarding an order. While I clearly am aware of the “PANDEMIC” an I get it “we are in this together” It took waaaaay to long for me to talk to someone about my order At this point it looks like y’all robbed me for my money because I still only have an order number that’s it You took my money off my card with no tracking number no nothing An that was back in APRIL... I was told to wait 30-days It’s been 2 months I have sent several emails about this an all I keep getting is an “AUTOMATED RESPONSE” You guys are beyond “UNPROFESSIONAL” So absolutely not I WONT BUY ANYTHING ELSE NOR WILL TELL ANYONE ELSE TO BUY FROM YALL!!!

Product is cheaply made. I’m extremely disappointed in its performance. It took 2 months to deliver and I would sent it back if the customer service was available and the delivery time was that horrible. I’m suck with this product and I’ll never use it. It’s a waste of money

I order the order sapphire blue clipper with some other parts months ago I still haven’t got it .. since I was depending on those I lost out on money and went to buy some more since I wasn’t getting a answer ...but hey covid 19 is happening
