Disappointed

I placed an order back in April 14th 2020 and I submitted a few emails asking when I will receive my order or to refund my money and I still haven’t gotten a reply. This is just horrible business and I have also put comments on the social media pages expecting someone to reply to me and again, NOTHING!! I understand that Covid -19 impacted businesses ,as mine was too, but not replying is just uncalled for. I am really excited to try this product cause I believe in it. But let me tell you, your customer service is horrible. I shouldn’t have to reach out to you about delayed orders. Very disappointed and yet I would still like to get my order in. Someone please contact about my order. The order number is #38177 just in case you care to know.. disappointed Customer!!

Lack of communication on when my item ships

Pre order a bundle. Waited three weeks and have not receive any sort of communication on when my item ships until I contacted them . That is not OK

Yall have good products but horrible customer service every time I try to call yall I get a attitude from whoever answers and I still haven't gotten my money back for order 37186 I want my $113.28 in full
