I bought the grip for andis masters followed instructions it tore really easily and I wrote to them 3X with no response. Their customer service is horrible will never buy anything from them again

Purchased Multiple items on a second order places from Omni and never received anything been waiting for over 3 Months and the company does not want to reply to me. I paid for items I never received. so wrong. I can't even get a refund still no reply.

Worst customer service treatment ever. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
