It’s sad they ask for a review when I NEVER received my double pack of trimmers. 3 to be exact. Iv called and emailed and even tried to text and still NOTHING!! I was told they are in route and yet no. I wanted to experience the no gap cut but instead I payed for a product I NEVER received.

Worst service ever. I never got my clippers.. i emailed you all twice.. all you all do is send me promotion emails in return ... but continue to ignore my issue

The blade on the clippers i received were not ceramic as advertised. I tried contacting the company multiple times by phone and email and never got a response. Will not purchase from or recommend anyone does.

Had to email multiple times about product defect. All they said was no refunds when I was not asking for one. I waned my product checked or replaced because it was not cutting hair and actually the blade was irritating skin to the point were it cut skin. They ignored my last email and only replied to one of 5. Customer service is a 0
