Received my money, but no product

It’s been 4 weeks since I’ve ordered, 2 weeks since receiving an email stating my order has been shipped and NOTHING!!! After sending 2 inquiry emails, I was told they would ship the morning of 9/8 and they are still at the warehouse. I try to support businesses I like, but after this experience, my first, it will take a lot for me to ever order again.

Horrible Customer Service/Product

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 27 years of life. I returned some T-Outliners that stopped working after the 4th use. I paid almost $15 bucks to ship them back for a new pair and I never recieved anything in return, even when I tried to email them for an update over a month. I will be filing a proper complaint against them if I do not hear back from them soon.

Customer service is trash

not only did yall flake on the delivery dates but your products came in defective....but since yall don't care about your customers or my investments ill have to make shift your products to work... your magnets come detatched..... your ceramic blades don't fit oster fast feeds...get it together for the sake of someone else bc yall lost my business and probably to anyone who mentions omnicords to m. Hope you enjoyed your review.

Received the wrong order twice

Hello, Order #43020. The 1st one I received was giving me an electric shock! Returned it, received a different one, now this is the loudest clipper I have ever seen. And, it came in without the ceramic blade! I want this fixed asap please. P.S let’s not delete this review like the previous one. I will share it with the world, till I get the service you promised!
