Two months have gone by and no product
I'm about to ask for a refund. I purchased back on June 10th and I understand it was a pre-order but there is no way we should be headed towards 90 days since paying you guys and I've received nothing. And to top it off your communincation to your customers on "where we are in the process" is nonexistent.
This is not the way to do business. As a black person in business you're falling right in line with all the stereotypes they have about us as business owners. At the very least we should be getting some type of heads up emails from you. #terrible.
