I REALLY WANTED THE "TRIPLE" STRENGTH (OUT OF STOCK), AND HAD TO SETTLE FOR THE DOUBLE.

I was sent someone else's order in error. I called customer service, but had to leave message. I did not receive a return call. I called customer service once more and got a very nice rep(emma?) She handled the problem and my correct order was 2 day shipped to me.

not able to get the products I want because you are always out

I placed an order but only 1/3 shipped even though I was billed for the entire order. After several weeks I sent an email asking about the rest and I got a snotty response it wasn’t in stock. After more weeks passed I sent another inquiry and it shipped the next day - I don’t think anybody was going to ship it until I kept sending requests because you already had my $. Not a good customer experience.

Your website has been out of stock on vitamins and supplements I take daily. Same at the local retail stores that carry your products. It’s very disappointing. Reliability and consistency are extremely important.
