You are always out of stock whenever I try to order

It started with disappointment, but over past 8 months or so it has turned into growing frustration with your out of stock situation on multiple products that I regularly use! Items like double and triple fish oil and men's Gold Multi and over 55 Multi. I understand the degree of quality that you want to deliver, but I, as a customer of several years for multiple products expect you to be better prepared and resourced to not have these significant disruptions. Not only are you out of stock of products I NEED, but you don't have them at times when you run your regular promotions. What good does it do me that there is a good deal on something that doesn't exist? Plus, it doesn't help when I don't have enough to buy to get the free shipping on items that are available. And, then, to make it worse when you were out of both the Men's Multi and the Over 55 Multi and you were able to get ONE of them in stock, you chose to make it the more expensive one (over 55) even though the ingredients were essentially similar for both. Why? This has now gone on so long and with so many of my regular daily products that I have to consider switching brands. You can be high quality, but you can't constantly be out of stock of multiple items for months at a time. I just got notification that 2 products I ordered in FEBRUARY that were out of stock are now going to be delivered. I completely forgot those were out there (and paid for??) and I don't really need one of them right now. You have to find a way to be better than this or I will quickly be moving on now.

I received someone else’s order. Have reached out multiple times to customer service for a refund or to ship the correct item and have gotten no response.
