Have not worked and haven't noticed a change what so ever!

Took 10 days to receive my order Then after 3 months of taking it, I gained alot of weight on my stomach. I called and the lady on the phone said there are no calories in the product and did not cause my weight gain. Of course there are no calories in pills but could be a side effect. She refused to check the side effects..

The shipping process was horrible but I love the protein.

Took a while to get here and wasn’t a fan of the flavor. Was really looking forward to trying this.
