I ordered my product on 01/01/21, they shipped my product on 01/22/21. 3 weeks to ship an order is insane.

Haven’t received it yet

3 weeks and I don’t get my products yet.

The order should come with a free gift. But, instead I was sent with a $10 off coupon which is useless. Whenever I enter the coupon, it removes other offers and actually increases the order price.

I contacted customer service with a picture of my pre workout being clumpy. They told me it was designed that way. I have tried it for a week, don't feel anything.
