No communication

I sent in my blood samples after follow the directions. I received a text and an email saying my sample was not sufficient. I’ve called and left 3 voicemails, I’ve emailed and texted 4 times. I’ve not received any response. I want my money back or a new kit! I’m planning on contacting the Better Business Bureau if I do not hear back by next week.
