I was really unclear about the results. It would be great if the explanation was clearer and there was a resource to discuss my results.

I sent in my tests a few weeks ago and still haven’t received any updates where it is in the process or when I’ll get my results back.

Horrible test, I feel is inaccurate and nobody will call me back.

No customer service.

I sent in my blood samples after follow the directions. I received a text and an email saying my sample was not sufficient. I’ve called and left 3 voicemails, I’ve emailed and texted 4 times. I’ve not received any response. I want my money back or a new kit! I’m planning on contacting the Better Business Bureau if I do not hear back by next week.
