I received my test results back and some if these results contradict what actual allergy testing provided. I’m doubting the accuracy at this point.

Horrible customer service. Cannot get in touch with anyone to get a kit sent to me after my sample was rejected.

I was told they were going to give me another test because my test had an error but I never received anything

They sent me a text saying my results were ready, but I could not log in. I've asked for help over and over for weeks but received no reply. So I'm definitely going to try a different company for my next test.
