The product information is a little contradictory: ‘facial-grade’ and ‘use all over’ but not on your face, apparently. Also saw some information about the recommended order of products, but wish this were easier to find.

The size and packaging are good. The shampoo isn't as bubbly as I thought it would be. The conditioner is ok. It's hard to squeeze the bottles. I expected more..

It’s nice that it’s fragrance free but it’s extremely thick and hard to wash off. Plus, it leaves a white cast. It also made me breakout so not sure their comedogenicity claims are super accurate.

Didn't care for the smell

It would have been very helpful if you would have sent clear user instructions with the bundle. I’m very overwhelmed.
