I am disappointed. The serum&lotion do not have fragrance like wash. Doesn't make my skin soft. Spent lots of money on 2 orders; 1 with fragrance 1 without to try both Have only received 1 order. Would like refund & not have other order sent & refund for 4hat 1 as well. Will notnorser again. Sad.

It took almost 1 month for order to arrive!

Unfortunately I have to provide the lowest rating because I never received my products. My first order was never shipped out or lost by the carrier. While customer service did a good job of working with me to get a new shipment sent, I had the same issues with the carrier on the second try try. I really like Necessaire products, and want to order directly from the company, but will order from a third party from now own.

Smells awful and stale.

I think it’s hilarious I got this email asking how I like my product before I even got my product. I ordered this 14 days ago and still don’t have it. Lol. I could have gone to Sephora 🤷🏼‍♀️ in a market so saturated, quick distribution should matter…
