I purchased a condenser. my father turned it on, it was too noisy, I called to return. after weeks I called because I never received a refund. I would not have received one if I didn't call. then was not given a full refund. poor business practice. and they did not send the same item that I ordered.

Sent me the wrong cpap mask, was supposed to be full face but was just the nasal...and it was a large, requested an extra small. I didn't realize I had the wrong item until I took it out of the package. Sent an email to see if I could exchange it but was told no, because the package had been opened.

Never received, the tracking info provided never updated beyond the original tracking number created state. They eventually stopped responding to emails. I gave up and filed a fraud claim with my Credit Card.

Recieved mask, washed as directed. First time used it leaked. Contacted company SMS sent proof of purchase and description of defective mask. Have not heard back from the company. Using my old one, but it is getting very worn and is effecting my quality of sleep
